I'm Duyen Liang, MSN, RN. After years in the operating room, I started PNW Nurse Delegation in 2024 to bring nursing care and health education into the community. I love teaching and supporting the people around me.

In Oregon, nurse delegation lets a registered nurse authorize a trained caregiver to perform specific nursing tasks for one client, after assessing the client and teaching the caregiver hands-on. Ideal for adult family homes and in-home care.
