PNW Nurse Delegation respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects and how it's used.

When you fill out a form, book a class, or contact me, I collect the details you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. When you book and pay for a class, payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor, and I never see or store your full card number. Like most websites, this site also uses cookies to collect basic, non-identifying information (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working and understand how it's used.

How I use and share your information

I use your information only to reply to you, schedule and manage nurse delegation services and classes, send your AHA eCard after class, and keep the records my work requires. I don't sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the services that run this website and handle bookings and payments (such as Wix), with the American Heart Association to issue your course completion card, or when the law requires it.

Please don't send medical details through the forms on this website; we'll talk about those privately. Any health information shared during nurse delegation services is kept confidential.

Your choices and how to reach me

How I protect it: your information is kept in secure, password-protected accounts that only I can access. No website can promise perfect security, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Your choices: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you, or ask me to stop contacting you, at any time. I keep information only as long as I need it for the reasons above or as the law requires.

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. I may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
